It is ideal for experienced childcare professionals, managers, deputy managers, supervisors, and team leaders responsible for early years settings or specific childcare areas. Career Progression

Learners completing the Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare can progress to:

• a Qualifi Level 6 qualification;
• directly into employment in an associated profession.

The Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare is accredited by Qualifi, an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) under reference number RN5160. The Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare is assessed through work-related tasks that reflect real responsibilities in early years settings. Learners must apply theory to practice, show critical understanding, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Each assignment is based on the required Learning Outcomes (LOs) and Assessment Criteria (ACs) and should be supported with examples from real early learning and child care environments or relevant experience.

All assessments are completed through a portfolio of evidence, including written tasks, case studies, research activities, and reflective work. Units are internally assessed by Inspire London College and externally verified by Qualifi. As a criterion-referenced qualification, learners must meet all learning outcomes and assessment criteria to achieve a Pass.

After completing the qualification, learners receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate and academic transcript issued by Qualifi Ltd, an Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation.

Both the certificate and transcript, along with standard postage (UK and international), are included in the course fee. Learners who prefer faster delivery can choose a special courier service (e.g., DHL) for an additional £40 (international deliveries).
