The Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice is accredited on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and holds a unique Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN), which appears on the learner’s final certificate. All units within this qualification are internally assessed by Inspire London College and externally verified by OTHM to ensure consistent academic and quality standards. The qualification follows a criterion-referenced approach based on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes. Learners must meet all assessment criteria to be awarded a pass for each unit.

To achieve a ‘pass’, learners must demonstrate that they have fully met the required learning outcomes and assessment standards. Assessment is based on coursework and a portfolio of evidence, covering both knowledge and skills-based components. The assessor provides a clear audit trail to justify how each learner’s overall achievement has been evaluated and confirmed.

OTHM Qualifications (Awarding Body) only issues verifiable certificates and Transcripts electronically and securely in PDF format (without additional charges).

Hard Copy and transcript are not included in the course fee.
